If you have someone that wants to leave your guild, don't let it burst your bubble. Everyone has feelings and if you speak to and (more importantly) listen to someone who wants to leave the guild, often enough you will find that they have a good reason for doing so. The fairness and neutrality of the guild master is vital in resolving these issues, which can result from many things but are often due to perceived unfairness in some way.
